Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Service Delays
Baroodi is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays. For updates, please contact the courier company directly with the provided tracking number.
Custom Fees
Custom duties, taxes, or charges may be applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Baroodi is not responsible for these charges and may not be aware of the rates in each destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees for parcels being shipped from India to your country of residence.
Failed Delivery
For failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay custom fees, Baroodi does not take responsibility for shipping fees for the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and needs to be sent to you again, you will need to pay the shipping fees once again.
